The University of Error is an open project based in and around the accident, the ethics and aesthetics of error and the process of learning from failure. The term University indicates a clear vocation of learning in community and we move somewhere between research, education and art practice. Our goal is to provide a wider multidisciplinary framework where to study and discuss error not only in its multiple forms, but also transforming it into a tool, a system in itself… maybe a methodology.

Our natural space will be those environments playing ping pong between on/offline, collectively wise and eagerly embracing its contemporaneity. That includes art pieces, blogs, talks, workshops, club collaborations... and a record label.

La Universidad del Error es un proyecto abierto basado en y alrededor del accidente, la ética y la estética del error y el proceso de aprendizaje a partir del fracaso. El término Universidad indica una clara vocación de aprendizaje en comunidad y nos movemos en algún lugar entre la investigación, la educación y la práctica artística. Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un marco multidisciplinar amplio dónde estudiar el error no sólo en sus múltiples formas, sino también transformándolo en herramienta, un sistema en sí mismo... tal vez una metodología.
Nuestro espacio natural serán aquellos entornos que jueguen al ping pong entre on/offline, colectivamente listos y que abrazen con entusiasmo su contemporaneidad. Y esto incluye piezas de arte, blogs, charlas, talleres, colaboraciones con clubs... y un sello discográfico.

A New Wrong Order is a compilation of volumes around the idea of error in music. Under this vast concept we invite artists and musicians to make their own interpretations compiling a mixtape. Each volume (aprox. one per trimester) varies in style, length and inspiration. From the lysergic wander of an imaginary family to raw electronics and the gipsy sorrow... chasers drumming beyond the glitch ... A celebration of the accident, the sound of failure. A soundtrack for the wrong.

A New Wrong Order es una compilación de volúmenes en torno a la idea del error en la música. Bajo este vasto concepto, invitamos a artistas y músicos a hacer sus propias interpretaciones compilando una mixtape. Cada volumen (aprox. uno por trimestre) varía en estilo, duración e inspiración. Del deambular lisérgico de una familia imaginaria a la electrónica cruda y la pena gitana ... perseguidores aporreando más allá del glitch ... Una celebración del accidente, el sonido del fracaso. Una banda sonora de lo incorrecto.
